I am getting ready to paint some Turks for WWI. It seems like the uniforms just vary in different shades of Khaki. Does that seem like an acceptable representation of what they wore?

Also, this fellow is an excellent painter and has a free guide to painting WW1 Turks available: link

My choice was for a darker yellowish tone of kakhi for the Turks (think of Dijon mustard), in part based on plates you find online, in part because it makes a bolder contrast with the British kakhi, which I tend to paint in a lighter, sandy tone (think "Iraqi Sand" in Vallejo.)
