Very creepy. I like the look. |

Why the three-legged design? Not a very practical mode of movement based upon design issues, but still very cool looking. I would add a power plant of some form to the model so they have some form of power which is noticeable – most stuff has a very visible power source like the Space Marine back packs, or the large power plant on a dreadnought. I would add something to the back of the model to bulk out the torso a bit and provide the additional power to move those massive legs. Excellent conversion work there – I'm envious and wish I had more time to do conversion work! |

That looks really awesome! I particularly like the collar on the first one. It brings to mind some of the Inquisitor Rulebook art and some of the design ideas from the Eisenhorn books. I think the three legs looks great, but I would agree that some sort of esoteric tubed power device would be very appropriate for the 40k asthetic. Are you playing Inquisitor or Inquisimunda? |

Three-legged designs throw me off as well, I'm not sure why
but I'm also not clear on why a human/humanoid designer would go that way rather than 4 or more legs. I agree about the need for some more bulk for a power source/gear box as well. |

Scarey-cool as hell. None of this is real and 3-leg make it more eerie, IMO. Perfect inquisitor vibe. |

Thank you very much for the comments The basic idea was and is – a balance between the Blanshe's grotesque and the atmosphere of the Abnett books. I think – I'll add some powerblock on the "hips" and some wires and cables. Three-legged pattern – really don't know why ;) I'm and my communitie players classical Inquisitor (but in 28 mm) since 2004

Love the minis! I've always wanted to try Inquisitor
I'd probably want to play in 28mm as well because the majority of my minis are that scale. Of course, 54mm are awesome but the choice of 54mm on the market seems limited and non-exisitent in my own collection, sadly. |
