We were playing few games test games including CWC but since we want play 1:1 battles it isnt 100% it. we however like Strike legion which is nice and solid system i know there is supplement for Strike legion planetary ops but again that will throw to same place as CWC. Also we tried played dirtside II with my CWC stats but as i saw DS isnt for everyone and most people dont like chit system. So i sit down and writeup few stats for basic MBTs of three nations so far Challanger and Cheftian,M60A3 and M1A1 and ofcourse their Warpac enemies T-72 and T-80. Advanced armour is vulcan mk.1 and advanced fire control is linked fire control and smoke launchers are smoke mortars so let me know what you think PDF link |

Neat idea. I have Strike Legion: Platoon Leader, but I haven't checked out Planetary Ops (which looks interesting) or Tactical. |

My friend and I are working hard on WW3 Strike Legion Planetary Ops battles and in the coming weeks may have some stuff to post like errata and the like. We played a war start, day 1 breakthru scenario and the US cav forces held up the soviets at the border but were going to give ground soon. The Soviet Air Force was getting the slight upper hand early and the US flanks were beginning to get turned. But the US Cav formations are very hard to break and were giving as good as they got. Fun time was had by all! 1v1 scale fights could easily be done with Strike Legion and its base rules. Just have to work out the values for the different weapon systems. |

mmm, dont forget the main MBT of GSFG for quite a few years – T-64 and the fact that GSFG units were not equipped with T-72! Tally Ho! |
