A company of Rangers, a company of British Regulars and a snot load of Natives launched an attack on Pointe aux Chenes a small community growing around a rum distillery protected by a small fort. Using Musket and Tomahawk rules, the Force was to burn the factory and capture or disable the new cannons that were to be installed at the fort.
The town was defended by some Marines, a company of regulars and the townspeople. Pirates from the river were sent as reenforcements.
The Natives attacked the rum factory eventually burning it to the ground. They had a terrible hand to hand fight with the Marines, slaughtering them eventually. A band of pirates rescued some of the rum but were over run by the savages. The Artillery managed to blow holes in the Natives mass.
The British Regulars fired volley after volley into the French Regulars defending the fort. They decimated the first artillery crew but pirate reenforcements took over the gunner duties killing a few natives. The French and Pirates were eventually over run by Regulars and Indians. The Rangers over running the fort but were wiped out in the melee.
The brave civilians hid in their cabins awaiting their fate after half of their number were wiped out at the rum factory.
Hawkeye after seeing Chingachgook fall, survived three melee attacks only to be overwhelmed as the last man.
We are still learning the rules, we add a bit each time we play.

No pictures as we are playing as the armies are built, so they are mostly unpainted….
