Hi guys, here is my WIP 15mm DKoK Ogryn unit, TBH I am not really sure about these guys, I'm not sure if they are to big, if their heads are to big, if the helmets work, what do you think? Persist with these, keep them as is? Change their heads to a gas mask hood more like the second fig, with no helmet? Not sure the officer with the chain sword works either, all comment appreciated.

Honestly they look too big to be Ogryn. Other than that they look good. I like the helmets.

Gunner I think there are a few things that will need to be changed on this one.

The arms seem too spindly and the legs too long. I would bulk out the arms perhaps use Catachen ones if possible

I would also shorten the legs by a couple mm and then bulk out with greenstuff.

This here however is the best example I have ever seen of making an ogryn. If I was going to make some I would go with his route and convert to the theme I was looking for off of it.

I think they are too lanky. When considering doing guard before I decided on using Khurasan's "mutant super soldiers" as Ogryns. The warlord in particular is pretty much spot on.

These could work by adding your own touch…(I use them in my futuristic german army)

I really like what you did with the guns. They definitely look like the brutal, close range slug spitters I've always imagined Ogryn's wielding.

Thanks guys, I pretty much agree on these points, now going through my plastic Orc stuff and planning.

Maybe you can do something with the Caeser miniatures Orcs. link

I look forward to your next go at it!
