Damn. I just ordered $75 USD worth of 15mm sci-fi and horror from Kurasan. It's not like I don't already have a backlog of metal needing paint. It's not like a whole freaking COMPANY of sci-fi soldiers and armored transport is going to show up at my door soon when the CMG Kickstarter ships. (because it is) What is this need I have? A friend mentions playing the MHI RPG (Monster Hunter International – a series of novels recently turned into a RPG using the HERO system) and I buy a crapload of monster minis. I can't possibly paint them and all the minis I already have and all the Kickstarter minis that will show up eventually. There is just not enough hours in the day. Why do I do this? I still love it. :) |

I think it has something to do with the postal service I use:
MEMO TO SELF: order more minis tomorrow
and the next day

Mr. Khurasan orders his own miniatures at times just to see the special postman in the picture

What's the problem? Sure, I order lots of minis too. But I can stop any time I want to. |

I order and have the same issues of no time and too much bare metal. My postal carrier does not look like that at all unless you add about 10 years and 90 pounds. Now my wife has great things to say about how the UPS Man looks, but he comes during the day and I have not seen him. I try hard not to order anything that will come via UPS . . . . . . |

If postal workers looked and dressed like that, they wouldn't be having money issues. The tips alone would pay their operating expenses. |

Forget ordering minis. If my postal carrier looked like that, I'd be ordering from Victoria's Secret, and/or string bikini manufacturers, daily, so we'd have something in common to talk about. |
