Tamiya and other kit makers – it's more a ship modelling scale than much of a gaming scale – 1/600th and 1/300th seem to be the main small scale aviation gaming scales. There's stuff like this listed at Hannants : link link link (comes with a big boat !) |

Also White Ensign Models in resin. As 20th says, it's really a ship modelling scale, so non-naval aircraft types are often tricky to find. |

Pit-Road in Japan do whole bunches of odd extras at 1/700 ranging from WWII aircraft and tanks to buildings, although the choices are sometimes odd. |

The Pit Road stuff drifts in and out of production on a very erratic basis though; typically only about 20% of what they've made is currently available. Their metal stuff is also seriously expensive
