Are these rules still available, does anyone know? I used to have a set years ago which I used for single ship actions and I crave to do it again!

I bought a set a few years ago (from 15mm.co.uk IIRC) and my nostalgia was soon replaced by nausea – brought back terrible memories of the 'Tuesday night maths test' games we used to play back in the 80's

They were soon on eBay.

Come to think of it…I want a game, not a maths test! i will have to look elsewhere.

Try "Heart of Oak", last I looked it was $3.99 USD USD at Drive Through RPG. It is good if you wish a fleet/squadron game.
