Is anyone aware of a suitable "Ajax" model for War Rocket? i was wondering if someone might have done a "not-Ajax" on Shapeways..

Also, any thoughts on Buck Rogers (TV series) models for use with the X Wing rules?

Yes, I've got one of those. Was hoping for something closer to the original though

I believe I heard a rumor that Rob is closing shop soon, so if the Hangar 18 looks usable, I'd jump A.S.A.P.

I picked up his painted samples of the Sky Kings line; wish like heck I'd applied a crowbar to the pocket book for the 'Flash Gordon stuff'. *sniff*

If I weren't so disappointed with the Shapeways I'd gotten, I'd probably go with one of those.

RE: Buck Rogers, I recently saw an Earth Defense Directorate fighter, but can't recall which discussion or the exact name of the 'company' (sounds like a solo project). B-9? B-12?

Also, not sure of scale, but it's the only fig of the ship I've seen recently.

Hanger18 is currently closed until May 31. He is closing his shop for good at the end of 2013. He is still producing models for now.

Ferlin Pomfrett's shop is good. I've bought some Yamato-esqe ships from him. The guy can flat out design ships. Give him a shot.

Ferlin Pomfrett's shop is good.

On Shapeways? Yes, lovely; no, don't buy 3D printing.
