This is a very nice mini. "The Standard Japanese Mechanized walker, Armed with a 20mm cannon two MG's and an Anti Tank mine. The 1/56th scale Japanese Shi-Ki walker kit comes with a set of legs in both standard and driving modes. It also comes with the parts needed to build the kit as one of two major variants."

A mecha with a stick. Funny. |

A Lance Grenade I believe – Kinda odd, though no odder than many WW2 weapons . . . And since Gear Krieg takes place in an alternate conflict where all the stops on "weird science" are pulled, then it's valid. |

A Lance Grenade As in, you'll forgive the previous (to WWII) century analogy, spar torpedo? I've not done a lot of GK, so not up on the terms. Still, the image IS funny like that. Even the way it leans forward, and the thin, bent-back arms, add to the image of decrepitude. Doug |

In Gear Krieg terms it's called a "Teppoyari" lunge grenade, and is patterned after the infantry AT lunge grenade:
It is the oddest looking of the Gear Krieg mecha, but is very distinctively Japanese in the way it closely resembles the armored cars of its day. When you add the US M11 "General Early" combat mecha into the mix, now you can bring your weird war to the PTO.

I like it better in the armored car mode, honestly. |

The kit lets you build both walking and driving mode versions. |
