RAFM's Call of Cthulhu range has one in vestments, but is closer to 25mm.

Previous to Vatican II, the dress rarely changed.

For what its worth that would work. Unless saying Mass behind the lines all the photos I've seen were Men in Black.

The Reaper model would be good for Episcopal, Methodist, Lutheran and Presbyterian ministers during the ACW period as well I think.
