Any Dutch 1940 troops in 28mm available for western europe? |

None as such that I am aware of. There was just recently a thread exploring possible use of German colonial troops of the WWI era as KNIL troops. I've been thinking of converting the Outpost Miniatures Romanians ( link ) -- they have the correct distinctive helmet, and it's then a matter of redoing the collars to stand form and covering some of the Romanian kit up with putty facsimiles of Dutch gas mask cases. Cartridge boxes might need work as well. It's not a trivial matter, but conversions are a big part of the fun of the hobby for me. Others feel differently. I say give it a try: you'll have a really unique force. |

@ J. Ewing; If your results are any good offer them to Jeff Bevan at Outpost as masters! I could sell a lot of 28mm 1940 Dutch! Dutch Mannlicher rifles were longer, too. |
