guys
question on the l4 grasshopper or l5 stilson spotter aircraft that served in usaaf during ww2
post ww2 with the formation of the usaf did they stay with the army or transfer to the usaf

Spotter aircraft stayed part of the army's establishment until Korea at least, although the USAF used the same types as liaison aircraft too.
