link God help me. I'm only halfway done painting my 28mm FPW armies this year. I was able to game with what I'd gotten painting this past month. However, the weight of all the figures is horrible to move. I nearly killed myself transporting everything to a local game shop. Once I run this scenario again at a local con next month, I'm just going to keep the figures at home until I eventually get a gaming table in the basement so I can full scale 28mm FPW games with them! Lol reminds me of why I stopped runnung conventions in 28 mm. They weigh a ton and with Terrain I needed my own handcart to move them. |

One cannot beat masses of 28mm FPW thundering around the table, but even on a 12 x 6 table there is not a massive amount of room for subtle manoeuvre! Tally Ho! |

Yes, masses on 28mm FPW are impressive: link link From some games we played a number of years ago. Jim |

Nice pics! 28mm are impressive! You do need a pretty large table to do them justice. Otherwise, you get the dreaded table edge to table edge formation of units. I have decided to go with 1/72 and 15mm instead. I need to have maneuver room when I game. I am am unabashed fan of the Jackson Gamer's website. It is a Wargamer's heaven to peruse all the battles listed there! Great stuff Colonel Campbell! Two for the Jackson Gamers! Thanks, John |
