Kuat Systems Engineering Venom Class Heavy Strike Fighter, a modernized version of the older CloakShape fighter optimized for both anti-capital ship strikes, and atmospheric attack against ground targets. This is my first "custom" ship for X-Wing, thinking stats wise: Shields 4 Hull Pts. 5 Agility 2 Weapons: 2 Hvy Laser Cannons, 1 Missile Rack, all forward arc. High Speed, poor maneuverability. Still looking at what upgrades are feasible. Any ideas and input welcome. Also are there any card/maneuver dial/ship token templates around? BTW, model is a re-paint of a TRON fighter I picked up cheap a while back for 15mm SF, but it was a bit small for that role. |

Ship Dial maker: link Here's one of the PV formulas in use. As is probably the case with FFG official ones, any of the player-engineered forumulas get you a starting ball park figure, and then play test to figure out final fudge factors. link The big collection of links to user-created material link |

Thanks to everyone for the comments! Gokiburi, Yes, it is indeed the TRON diecast three-person fighter, found it on clearance at Target a while back, under $2 USD a pop, should have grabbed a few more, but saw limited use for it at the time. Looks great for SW, but did not fit the 15mm "hard" SF forces I am building. miniMo, Precisely what I was looking for, many thanks! |
