I just started posting on TMP and thought I would share one of my tutorials with you guys.

This is my step by step guide on how I painted my 20mm Elhiem USMC in the Despert MARPAT camo. Tutorial is over a year old, but still up to date.

Things to note: Green gloves are apparently rare and not used very much anymore. Really a 1990's to maybe early 2000 sort of thing. Most Marines wear gloves that are the same color as their Uniform or a tan glove. Green still looks nice though :)

Flight glove were very common up till mid 2000s. I have seen them still in use they are light wt. flame resistant and give good dexterity. They are a lighter color in general however.

Ya, in all honesty when I begin my USMC project in full force I will probably repaint most of the gloves. These guys are pretty much kitted out to be 2009+
