I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Strelets – nice poses, great range but chunky sculpting and dreadful moulding. But these upcoming Germans look pretty spiffy. Admittedly their masters often look much better than the finished product so fingers crossed!

They don't look bad at all. I have Strelets Finns and Russians and those are also pretty good.

The prone guy is odd. Here's keeping our fingers crosed.

Any recommendations on where to find these in the US?

I'm looking at other figures by these guys, and see Michigan Toy Co is currently out of stock.

From the photos I've seen of Strelets figures, the Stalingrad Germans look like some of the best.

While I don't have any of that scale – they do look like good figs

Less clunky and angular than usually, very promising.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Strelets sculpts with a chunky style that matches many manufacturers in metal. I suspect, for instance, that their figures would match pretty well with Britannia. These look quite nice. I've seen some though that have heads that seem way too small or are standing in impossible positions.
