Does anyone know what colors the deck markings around the gun mounts on this Fletcher DD are?

Those aren't actually painted on color markings but anti-skid walkways. I think they are the same color as the deck (20-B deck blue), but since they have a much rougher surface than the rest of the deck they appear to be darker in color. |

Thanks – that makes sense. It just seemed to me that the area inside the walkway is lighter than the area outside it, that's what prompted my question. |

It's probably darker because the sun and salt water bleached the rough anti-slip material more slowly than the rest of the deck. It did indeed start out as all the same shade of 20-B |

Having applied lots of non skid, I can say yes it's a darker grey than the metal. |
