Yeah, Squadron is a good choice. I also check out ebay. It's amazing what you can find. You didn't ask but if you are looking for US Cruisers Squadron has been running outstanding sales on Trumpeter 1/700 ones. I picked up a New Orleans CA for 11 bucks.

Thanks,

John

John – are you still doing Grand Fleets for WWII in 1/700, or have you moved on to a different set?

Ditto on the suggestion of Hobby Link Japan and Freetime Hobbies.

I have used Grand fleets for WWII in 1/700. The problem I have is that the lists are limited. I want to try Naval Thunder. I think they would work. I need to complete my new US Cruisers. I have 5 that I need to put together. I'm toying with cheating and buying 1/600 Cleveland Class from Lindberg. They are dirt cheap.

Any other rule suggestions?

Thanks,

John

I'm in Japan and they often have specials on 1/700 ships at my local hobby shop. If you want me to take a look for you drop me a line at prufrock (DOT) japan (AT) gmail (DOT) com
