Ordered a load of bases on Sunday evening all cut and waiting for me when I got home on Wednesday. Also good prices! Nice, simple, fast service. |

Top score for overseas orders, too – on par with GZG, and that's saying a lot. |

I've only ever had first rate service from ERM. |

Me too. Only ordered from them once, but I recall being stunned by how fast they arrived from overseas. |

Me too. Always fantastic service from ERM, and Tony's a great guy to deal with. |

I want to complain about Tony. When I contacted him to ask if it was possible to just get one type of figure from a pack containing 2 poses, he had the rank audacity to say that of course it was possible at minimal extra cost and he'd even round down the postage charge. I mean, how dare he be so reasonable and helpful? Then, just to add insult to injury, the next day he emails to say that they have been cast and packed and will be posted that afternoon. Really? Just what sort of a way is that to run a business? As you can probably tell, I am actually greatly impressed by Tony's customer service. I felt cheeky asking and expected to have to buy the packs as they come (and therefore twice as many, with a lot of figures that I don't really need), but he was incredibly accommodating of my request and will be receiving more business from me in the future.

That's the sort of soft anger this forum needs more of, Mr P. BTW, any relation to Tamsin? |
| TamsinP | 18 Sep 2013 2:30 a.m. PST |
Henry – are you referring to "The Angry Piper"? AFAIK we are not related (he's in the USA, I'm in the UK) and "Piper" may not even be his real surname. However, if he is a Piper, given that on my father's side of the family there is a long association with seafaring it could be that we are very distantly related. |

My name is not Tamsin. But I do like martinis, Henry. |

As I always say, less martinis, less anger. In light of Tamsin's suggestion Angry, do you pipe the dread caterwaul or a bosun's whistle? I agree, Tamsin – a piper called Piper; unlikely in the extreme, I suspect. Although there's many a forester called Green or Wood. And 'The' may not even be his real first name. There's a musical dinosaur in this country called Angry Anderson – and he doesn't pipe, AFAIK. |

My surname is not Piper, either, and I "pipe the dread caterwaul". That's brilliant. I must use that. |
