There has been a resurgence of Napoleonics amongst our little group as a result of which I have been placing a number of orders with Rob and Eureka USA. Over a number of transactions, some of which were complicated by my inability to add correctly, Rob has gone above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. While I'm sure he must cringe every time he sees an order from me, firm in the knowledge that I will likely be contacting him shortly thereafter to tweak this or that, he has not wavered.

Right up there with the very best of companies serving the wargamer, and a gentleman to boot. Makes it easy to give them my money.

I've tried twice in last couple of months to open an order via their web site and been refused due to my not knowing what a several year old passward is for my account. I've reached out via their contact address and heard nothing. Cannot set up a new account as I still have the same e-mail address.

Hope that someone there sees this message and contacts me.

Dan, I'd suggest that you give Rob a phone call. The number is on the website, and I think he opens at 10 am eastern time.

Whom have you reached out to? I have received neither an email or phone call from you concerning the problem that you forgot your password.
Try either emailing me at robwalter556@yahoo.com….calling me…the number is on the website homepage under… NEWS…. forgot password or user id…. or just email me the order and I will send you an invoice.

Your account is inactive so you should have been able to open a new account using any email address. Did you try to open a new account?
