Here is a list of 100 reasons why I find The Great War interesting. These are not in any order, but it seemed to make a nice 100th blog.

Thanks for posting these. I've always wondered what people see in the Great War. After all, it doesn't have Tommy guns, and the popular perception is trenches, mud, troops dying en masse, and futility.

Your list makes it clear there is more to the period, and even to the war.
