Hi, I am planning on running a large Axis and Allies Air Force game and want to have a large (5 foot by 12 foot) map or banner made that features some typical pacific atolls suitable for invading shot from about 12,000 feet with an overlay of a 6" hex pattern. I will be running my game using the A&A AF planes mounted on telescopic flight stands from CORSEC (big hexes lets me put multiple planes in the same hex). Does anyone make something like this already? Any ideas about where to find the imagery and how to have a map made? I have since some recent ideas regarding space mats that may be the angle to chase. Thanks in advance. Lost Pict |

If you can find the image in google earth then I can try to pull it from USGS. Not all google earths stuff is in there but if it is close to the US then I can probably find it. I don't need a close up shot so it shouldn't be a problem. I can't use GE stuff because it's copyrighted. We can make 80" by 60" mats now. I'm working on updating the store so we can take orders tomorrow. |
