Another member suggested vexillia.ltd.uk and I finally broke down and fed Merliton some bogus personal info just to get a freakin shipping quote. So, here's a Comparison in USD for price and shipping of four Dwarfs on bear command groups (8 mounted figs total).
Merliton $77.87 USD USD dollars
K Studio (with 10 percent off product) $72.80 USD USD
Vexillia (UK) $85.79 USD
I really expected Vexillia to be more affordable than Merliton, but that might only the case if you're in the UK I guess.
Looks like it's between Merliton and K-Studio. K-Studio saves you 10% and having to deal with Italian post, but you can only order 4 times a year and a minimum purchase of $60 USD in product (my order above would be too small). So there are some ok options, but at this point, I'm looking at GW prices for much older sculpts.
Really makes me wish EM4 would start re-releasing the rest of the range. Their prices are notably less, and their shipping is much less, but their range is really limited.
Maybe I'll make an order at some point, but for now I think I'll keep searching the convention bins.
