Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Aegislaus and Centurion of Caesar. It's definitely achievable with two people and their armies.

Very impressive Cyrus. What rules were used? I have the two Ancient scenarios books that are written for DBM but I think for 15mm scale. We play DBMM and are looking to do some historical recreations but are keen to find some orbats for 25mm scale

Gary it would've been more fun with more players. I'm onto my second unit of Hastati so maybe pike vs pila next month?

Thanks dragonfan79, we used Hail Caesar but the lists would easily convert to other rule sets. There's a PDF on the post with lists and an order of battle from the Bar-Kochva Seleucid Army book. C&C scenarios are a really handy source for quick refights.

Cheers

Sounds good – I would like to try out some ideas for beefed up Thureophoroi/Thorakitai under Hail Caesar. So maybe we could think either late Macedonian or Hellenistic Greek (Achaean League).

Need to get cracking on fleshing out my 18 figure units to 24 for Hail Caesar.
