Here is a WWII publication with some subjects I think others may be interested in, Tactical and technical trends of the axis forces.
"The contents of this information bulletin number 38 detail the antitank (both Finnish and German), engineering (Japanese), armored force and ammunition carried by German tanks, and artillery (German). The Japanese and German infantry forces in both North Africa and Buna area of New Guinea are highlighted, as well as additional topics like ordnance (notes on German weapon development), and German views on fortification."
