I'm planning an Early Tudor era English army in 15mm. I'd like to field it as a fantasy-steampunk type army in HoTT, as well. What cool things like steam tanks etc. are there out there in 15mm? Thanks.

You could use the GW Warmaster Empire steam tank, slightly small but doable.

Pen drake or Kallistra may have something that can be used

We have sold a number of our 15mm Martian Empires light British tanks to people for HOTT armies as it will fit on a 40mm wide base:
