Hi guys, the first squad of my 15mm DKoK army is done, I'm really happy with how these guys turned out, I'm undecided whether I should paint any numbers/markings on the shoulder armour, the dark red regimental facing colour on the turn backs/cuffs of the great coats will be duplicated on other squads and flags, this is the pallet of colours I will use for the army, except the Naval marines I plan on doing, I will substitute the fieldgrey with blue, and will give them sailors caps, the rest of the grunts will have picklehelms, lots more pics on my blog, all comments welcome. link

They look like Vostroyan Korps of Krieg. |

Damn badass, as always. They do look kinda Vostroyan, but considering that puts my two favorite IG regiments togather, I cant complain. |

Yeah a little vostroyan, but the bearskins in this regt are just to denote they are Veteran Grenadiers, the main body of troops will have picklehelms. |

Why do I get this image of a trench row and nothing showing above it but those bear skins. |

Lol, the trench would obviously be a foot deeper where the Grenadiers are picketed. |

the trench would obviously be a foot deeper where the Grenadiers are picketed. Either taht or those bearskins are going to be very religious very quickly (being so hole-y, you see). |
