They are from the horrorclix line, pretty cool imo. There is a cosmonaut that is similar iirc. I think the mini to the right is the only non-Horrorclix one. I have a few in my horde, but not the translucent ones (yet).

I use these in my home-grown Incursion set as my Nazi zeds: They work well and were very inexpensive.
