These guys started up a new AWI 15mm miniature line. So I contacted them via e-mail to order a sample pack of their Officers and Muscians figs. Quick reply and easy ordering was completed. But for one issue…. On all first orders B & D provides a 20% discount. Since I was just ordering a sample pack. To see how they looked and matched up to my Old Glory 15's and Peter Pig AWI figs. I already have painted up. The owners e-mailed me asking if I wanted to save the 20% off on first orders. This way if I make a larger order in the future, I will save more money. WOW!! I was really thankful they were going to allow me to save the 20% off on first orders, since the sample pack was only five bucks. I received them in the mail a half hour ago. No flash, very good detail and in size they match up with my Old Glory 15's and Peter Pig figs. I really hope they expand their AWI line and I will be buying from them again!!! But some of the marching figures have their right arm and leg moving in tandem. Kinda makes them look like the awkward squad….. |

Alas, the militia they allude to is still not on their website. 'Tis a shame, as this company has great potential, but a lack of getting new figures in production after several months leads one to believe they are possibly kaput. |

I just got a call from William Right the owner of B & D Miniatures. He states that while they are slow(its a two man show) they are about to release AWI militia and SYW figures. He states to contact them for any figure suggestions that you may have. |

They are really slow…still no militia on their site. I must admit, I am a bit hesitant from ordering from such a small company that cannot get their figures added to their website. Any recent issues ordering? |

FYI, I emailed them about the militia figures on 3/24. I was told that they are still being worked on. |
