Here's some minis size comparisons against Black Raven, Splintered Light's 20mm and 15mm minis and at least on 1/72 mini. Hope this helps. In my opinion BR works better with 1/72 if you are mixing ranges but do well if you don't mix them in the same stands with other 15mm ranges.

I'd like to see more. I own a load of BRF. Most plastic figs are 23-25mm tall. BRF is generally 17-22mm tall depending on race and pose. So, some stuff may work. But overall, I'd say no they do not generally fit together.

It depends on the company and range for 1/72 plastics. Esci, Airfix and Chariot would work, they're slightly taller that BRF by not by a lot. Plus a lot of the BRF are lunging or squatting rather than standing up straight.
