Since I can never resist doing wrecks (and have a reputation to uphold), here is one that can double as scenery as well as an objective or a destroyed marker.

Looks great. I particularly like the spilled cargo. You've done quite the job on those crates
at this scale, I have never managed to put such detail into crates! I also like the extra wheel. But it brings to mind one or two suggestions. First
you might try turning the front wheel a bit with some needle-nosed pliers. The truck is turned on its side, and we might presume it was turning to its left when it rolled over onto its right side, so we would expect to see the front wheels turned. I think just the upper wheel would do. Second
and perhaps more challenging
I would love to see some disturbance to the sheet metal of the truck. Maybe the driver's door open a bit. This could be done with some card stock or aluminum foil. You probably don't even need to drill out the actual cab side door to do it, just lay in on top so that it looks ajar. Or similarly with the engine hood. Anything to make it look like it has been disturbed, rather than looking show-room fresh but turned on its side. Or you could just leave it as it is. It already looks better than any wreck marker in MY collection! -Mark (aka: Mk 1) |
