I am after one who can cut a 450mm (18") Radius Hexagon in 3mm (or thicker) MDF.

Anyone out there able to help?

Depends on where in the world you are, as something that size is going to be pretty vulnerable to shipping damage unless you intend to get a large quantity. For instance in Australia I would point you to Aetherworks for laser cutting or CNC workshops for cnc router work. In the US possibly Litko. Otherwise you are going to have to try your local business/phone directories.

In the UK try 4Ground at 4ground.co.uk

Tried warbases, they cannot cut that large.

And I amde a typo in the orginal post, it should be 18" diameter, not radius. I can get heses that are 18" Radius but they are too big for what I want.

Have mailed 4Ground.

Bryan Wade at Outrider Hobbies may be able to help you out. His laser is big enough for what you are looking for.

Rapier,

Perhaps one of these folks would be willing to sell their mdf hexes bare:
