Dear wargaming community, I am pretty new to the moddeling and painting section in this addictiv hobby, I have just earned some expirience in painting up some FOW 15mm squads (in my mind they look really great) I have just ordered 1 British and 1 German Regiment (Late War) from this site: link Cause I am very interested in this gruesome historical period, and wanted to recreate some of these battles. So I have made for myself some Colour schemes for the Battledress (uniform), and I wanted to know what you think of it, any hints and tips are welcome. Landsturmmann Uniform: Base colour – 50/50 mix vallejo 70.830 Ger. Fieldgrey + 995 Ger. Grey Mid tone – 2 parts of the 50/50 mix above with 1 part White Highlight – 70.830 Ger. Fieldgrey with 1 part white [or from the Panzer Aces Paints vallejo 338 Highlight Ger. I (Feldgrau)] English Uniform: Base colour – Vallejo 70.887 Brown Violet Mid tone – Vallejo 70.921 English Uniform Highlight – 50/50 mix vallejo 70.873 US Field Drab [or from the Panzer Aces Paints vallejo 321 Highlight British Tckr.] |
