Here's my sister Leilon Photo blocked by adult filter: "picture" Photo blocked by adult filter: "picture" Photo blocked by adult filter: "picture" Here's Niamh
Photo blocked by adult filter: "picture" Photo blocked by adult filter: "picture" Photo blocked by adult filter: "picture*adult*" These are both from Reaper and were sculpted by Bob Ridolfi. I've just finished the last one and I'm knackered from painting and posting these and the Pirate Babes. Some of this was an experiment, just to see how many people I could get to look at my work. Here's my stats just on my blog for the last 30 days. Pageviews today 2,032 Pageviews yesterday 3,440 Pageviews last month 148,187 Pageviews all time history 241,153
Now this is just my blog. I toted these girls around multiple forums and hauled in around 5,000 more people. Bottom line is that I got Reaper product in front of over 150,000 people. Just me, a painter of one year, all by myself. So what is my point? Painters and gamers are a wonderful source of free advertising. Next up is Ellen Stone. Now take a look at my numbers today and let's see how high they go by the time I'm done with the Cowgirls. fortwitter.blogspot.com |

Nice work Anne! Painters and gamers are indeed a wonderful source
.and boys like girls too. I've an idea inspired by yer gals
.The Morrigan Sisters, Macha, Nemain and Badb! A challenge for you? I'd give it a go myself but I paint like an Ent. Cheers, Rob. |

Leilon is either missing her horse or has executed the evil one she had and stuck it's head on a post! |

Nice work Anne. Where does Leilon keep her internal organs? Not much room in the waist area for them. |

Painters and gamers are indeed a wonderful source
.and boys like girls too. I know much of the numbers are due to the fact that I'm posting babes. My next goal is to see if I can do the same thing with no babes. I'm going to pit these girls numbers against a vignette from Knuckleduster and a vignette using Tom Meier sculpts. The key words will be "Knuckleduster" and "Tom Meier" in the titles. Then I'll test historicals by using some Vikings from Gripping Beast. I don't know what will happen. But I will improve as a painter by doing this so either way I win. |

Lot of improvemnet there! Congrats!!!! It looks like to finally made it to the masterclass! Thank you. I've got a blogger buddy who is a judge for ReaperCon critiquing my work via email right now. I have a solid grasp of the fundamentals. There are many things to improve on. My transitions need to be smoother, my lining between areas needs to be more intense and I need more brush control. My basing needs serious work and my photography skill must improve. I also must learn how to wet blend. |

Leilon is either missing her horse or has executed the evil one she had and stuck it's head on a post! We won't let her ride anymore as she doesn't know how to react well with a horse. A nag took off with her once and headed into the woods. Now there were some very low hanging branches and instead of sitting low over the horse, she reared back, sawing on the reins. Those branches cut her up and the horse just got more scared. If I hadn't been with her, she'd have been killed. I think that's the head of that horse on the stick. |

Nice work Anne. Where does Leilon keep her internal organs? Not much room in the waist area for them. She mows the lawn in her bikini. She and her husband own a lake and all the local boys were asking to come and fish it. When he found out the boys were only fishing the lake so they could see Leilon mowing, he put a sign up on his property that said "No fishing, No hunting, DON'T ASK" He was not a happy man. I'm going to post pics of the four of us after I'm done. I painted these to look like each one of us and to fit our personalities. Mines next and she's packing three guns and she looks exactly like me when I was 17. |

Great job on both figures. They look excellent. I have the figure used for Leilon O'Leary, I replaced the horse head n the staff for a skull. I'm painting her to be a Weird West Witch for Deadlands. |

There is the added rarity of a female painter showing her work in a traditionally male domain. As for you being a painter of only a years experience
..I wish I had half your talent. |

Nicely painted, Anne. My 9 year old daughter Niamh was also impressed when I showed her your rifle-slinging cowgirl of the same name
she pointed out that she even has blonde hair like her. Perhaps I might have to paint up the same model for her now. Keep up the good work! |

Lovely women, Anne! Boot Hill never looked so good. Great work too on your blog. Thank you. I've got the last one done but there was no sun today so I haven't gotten her photographed. As soon as the sun comes out, I'll do that and then I'll ship them to you. I hope you like them!
Excellent painting Anne, keep it up!!! Thank you Ray!! There is the added rarity of a female painter showing her work in a traditionally male domain. Actually being a female makes it harder. I'm a drummer and began playing when I was about nine years old. I had to prove myself over and over again for years. Drummers, like painters are critical of each other and being a girl is a handicap. Nicely painted, Anne. My 9 year old daughter Niamh was also impressed when I showed her your rifle-slinging cowgirl of the same name
she pointed out that she even has blonde hair like her. Perhaps I might have to paint up the same model for her now. Keep up the good work! You should do one up for her, she'd love it. Then your wife would want one too! Wow Leilon has an improbable ledge! Niamh is a nice bit o painting, well done. Thank you Dave! |

Those are nicely painted figures. Niamh could be a great figure for Western gaming. Her blue jeans on Niamh are very realistic. They both have a lot of life in them. Great work! |

All I can do is repeat what's already being said, you swing a mean brush! Your use of colour is fantastic, apt, and refreshing! Keep up the good work |

The sun is to shine on Monday I hear! All I can do is repeat what's already being said, you swing a mean brush! Your use of colour is fantastic, apt, and refreshing! Keep up the good work My Knuckleduster is under way and my Tom Meier sculpts are basecoated. The Meier stuff is very, very colourful |

Ellen Stone is a super figure. I painted one for my outlaw Posse & used kind of 'wicked witch of the west' blacks & dark & bright greens (the latter as vertical stripes on trousers) & dark hair. She looks really BAAAD |
