I'm currently reading the rules for New Beginnings and as I'm mainly focused on Tomorrow's War, I think I'll be needing some good Gangers, Civilians and Aliens, as well as some vehicles mainly used to make a more living cityscape. But of course you never know what will happen…

Anyways, I have some minis already in sights but will be happy to take recommendations.

Khurasan has some nice police forces, insurgents could probably make some fine mercenaries. They also have a nice selection of random characters like the scientists, Gordon not-Freeman etc. Then there's the zombie survivors and other sets too.

Rebel Minis has some civilians and mercenaries I like. Oddzial Osmy insurgent leaders could make some fine hobos with guns type of action as I thought I'll probably have some kind of homeless dropouts too, representing former professor, car mechanic and.. something else… Picoarmor has them but is there an European supplier? Other recommendations for homeless people are welcome too, though I could probably handle the putty work myself…

I'm a bit stuck on the aliens though. There are not too many unarmed aliens available I think. Alien Gangs are somewhat easy as I won't have to stick too close to the fluff if I find something cool but I'd at least like the Xeog and Razors to be females of some kind. Khurasans Mutants could maybe be Grath as they are not likely to just be having hamburgers at the local restaurant…

I'm living in Europe so ordering just a few models from a manufacturer and paying more for postage than the minis isn't preferable, though doable if there's something really nice.

Oddizal Osmy are available through fighting15s in Britain/Europe. The actual company is based in Poland so you can try that angle as well.

GZG has a decent range of aliens; some may match up with the 5150 lore. I also used their human infantry for the better-armed merc groups.

Rebel is another good choice. I have their Post-Apoc figures for my criminal scum.

The Rebel Minis pack of Grath, Razor, and Hishen is great for New Beginnings, but stinks for those of us that want to build an army for us in Star Army.

The Scene also might have some good figures, PA survivors and "agents"…

Critical Mass games has several aliens (bounty hunter types..) and I think Brigade Games has some alien figures, don't recall if they are unarmed though?

It's coming along with Star Army BTA troops, Zhuh-Zhuhs and more military armies.

I'm a 28mm gaming guy, playing 5151: NB, and have developed a nice list of sources if anybody wants me to post it.

The Brigade Aliens include some without (obvious) weapons. Who knows what an alien actually uses!

Oh yeah, could take some recommendations for somewhat futuristic cars too, wheeled or grav. I have some Antenociti Zebus which will work as police cars. I'll probably buy some of the Matadors and Evoras too but could use a bit more variation. Probably something less sporty. Of course there'll have to be one or two really old cars in the mix too, so maybe a Fiat 500 or a Mustang or something similar, but those should be more readily available.

Converting existing cars into grav versions might be a good choice too and not necessarily terribly hard to do.

Khurasan has a pack of sci fi cars.

Take a look at Combat Wombat. A lot of their lighter vehicles can be demobbed easily. Old Crow have some handy runabouts but they're currently in production hiatus.
