Has anyone used "Tank Duel" with a group of kids? Rules found on freewargamesrules.co.uk/ link How did it go? What age group? Any pointers or suggestions? I would like to do something minis related with about ten 11-13 year olds who have zero gaming experience. |

The Axis & Allies collectable minis game is perfect fir noob kids. Hex based, easy to teach, and models combined arms simply. Just use your own minis. Rules and stats are free downloads. |

Thanks for the reminder, I've got A&A
in the closet somewhere, have not played in ages. I guess what sparked my interest in Tank Duel was the team work aspect. One player gives instructions, everyone executes as best they can, team deals with consequences. |

For team work make the kids all US players while you play Germans. Give them an overall commander and see what happens! |

Try using Cry Havoc with miniatures and do Hastings. |
