Placed an order from here in the states (Connecticut) on April 30th. We had some minor back-and-forth because the website said the 15mm Matadors were out of stock and it turned out they weren't. We straightened everything out and
my order arrived TODAY!!! Great service and great people to work with. They have themselves a new customer. Tim (edited 'cause I can't spell my own name) |

I have ordered from Antenocitis to Canada several times and the service and speed of delivery has been top notch. |

They also set the bar very high here in the UK, a superb company to deal with |

Can't complain here in Finland either. They do temporarily run out of stuff pretty regularly (I think invariably with at least one item in my orders so far) but have kept me well posted when that happens. And product quality is great when the stuff does arrive. |

Thanks all. tnjrp: thats probably "our resin" stuff – what we do is show our resin products as being "In stock" if we have the raw resin available to cast them (or, in the case of resin + metal: both the resin and the metal available). We may not, however, actually have the item cast – so when that happens the order item goes into the casting queue (at the front) Roy casts the items, Nadine packages them and sends them out
which can sometimes be completed on the same day, and only rarely takes more than a couple of days (Except that ROy was off ill all last week!). We're also looking to substantially expand later this year – various grants & new-staff pending, so the overall amount of stock items and metal + brass etc we can keep in stock will go up. The hardest thing is finding good casters – it took Jed around 6 months to train Roy (who is very good) but there have been plenty of "failures" along the way – it isn't quite as easy one would think
but it takes a good few weeks to discover if somebody can or cannot do the job. All part of the fun of the job :-) /Dee |

oh – PS: Remember that if you want something of our own production and it is out of stock, just email nadine with your order and she will work out when it will be available and put the items to one side for you! |
