Some time ago, I finished my SYW French Army based on the Battle of Hastenbeck and this weekend I began work on the opposition, "His Britannic Majesty's Army in Germany". Robert, Don't forget that there were two British grenadier battalions, each of six companies made from the battalions of the two different groups of British that were sent to northern Germany. Savory's book His Britannic Majesty's Army in Germany has the composition of each. Jim |
