This is a two part documentary from the BBC which has been posted on Youtube in HD. It was mentioned before on this forum, but not sure I saw it mentioned as a link. It is a nice look at British armored warfare during WW2 from the tanker's perspective. It is quite good, and a fairly honest documentary. It is quite well done, and especially keen look at the actions at Villers Bocage and a great look at the African campaign. Saw a bit of footage I had never seen before too, which is always great. Part One: YouTube link Part Two: YouTube link Worth the watch if you have not yet seen it. |

Well worth watching, the brave young men. What would we be without their sacrifice ? |

I really like Mark Urban's work, he's one of the few level headed and analytical military correspondents working at the BBC. |
