Hey guys. I happen to have enough cash to buy 2 boxes of WGF war of the spanish succession figures. As a person new to this era, which two would make more sense? Infantry and cav, or infantry and cannons/command? |

I'd go infantry and cavalry. you can have some small skirmishes without the guns. |

Go and check Ebor and see if Nick will do you a deal, would be my option.
If your still keen on WGF buy the infantry and then some more infantry, the arty and cav are a bit of a disapointment. You'll end up with some fairish figures for a bit of a musketry stoush and some WGF experience |

You know, you might want to do with 2 infantry for a start – I am up to about four boxes of infantry and am only now about to start on the guns – cavalry after them |
