I have painted up a box of the new GB Unarmoured Warriors. Lovely figures and good value at 45p (UK) each – three box deal at Salute.

Lovely paintjob. Good work there. I like the way you painted your shields, simple and effective.

Great looking figures and lucky old you for being able to attend Salute for the 3 box deal, unlike some if us :(

These look great! I really like your shieldwork and the faces. I think I'll have to grab these, if they're not already sold out.

Very nice work! I do like the shields and the fierce looking faces!

Very nice brush work!

The "squiggly lines" for shields seems to be the way a lot of painters are going. It is an interesting effect, especially when viewed at the distance to the tabletop. Good job.

Well done indeed!

Thanks for all the kind comments guys.

They have had their first outing. Soundly thrashed.by my mate Stuart's Saxons. Why do newly painted figures always loose? Or is it just me?

Do they "loose" or do they just lose? Maybe it IS just you!
