OK, I'm familiar with the traffic lights mechanism used with tiddly-wink markers. I had even integrated that with casualty markers by mounting the casualties on the tiddly-winks (so you only see the marking colour on the edge of the counter)
But I think using the flower/tufts colour for the colour code is a stroke of genius (which I plan to borrow)
