Well I've finished my next lot of Rebs, the 8th Infantry of the army of Northern Virginia. There are a couple of conversions but other than that they are just stock figures.

79thPA thanks for the kind comments, painting Dixon minis is almost second nature to me now I've painted afew over the years! and I'm not finished yet.
Frederick, I'm not keen on painting flags but they do seem to turn out ok, I've toyed with buying some but painting them myself just seems a nice way to finish them off.
Vojvoda, your words are too kind, I'm not sure that you can be referring to me! All my painting now adays is done in acrylic, its a mix of Vallejo, Games Workshop new & old, and a few miniature paints thrown in for good measure. Warwizard, I couldn't agree more! Dixon minis have bags of character, the faces are wonderful to paint!
Shagnasty, I think Dixon minis almost paint themselves, the style is unique and not to everyone's tastes! but I'm affraid its to late for me I'm addicted to them.
So thanks for all the feedback, I've plenty more to be going on with so I will be posting more soon!
Thanks again guys cheers Russ
