Somewhere I saw the "supporting" documents on this that were obvious frauds.The counter claim is that this individual is a Frenchman who is part of the "con."The motive as always, money.
This issue could be easily resolved just by matching finger prints. No need for DNA yet.
However, if it does turn out to be him, it should create a firestorm. Then again Deleted by Moderator

When I was in Laos, an expat Dutchman told me that Bangkok is full of AWOL Americans. He said they celebrate the Fourth of July in the city parks with fireworks etc.
