Well a club member got me interested in a new period for a demo game!!! Russia V's Japan 1939 Air combat, hence the 11 plastic kits (6 are built but not completed yet). These took up most of the month. I did paint lots (200+) mahdists in 6mm but as they are awaiting basing are also not completed. At least I am profit for the Year!!!! Mays plans -
1) Restrain myself somewhat at all the shows.
2) Keep building Japanese Aircraft!!! :-)

It is true that 25% of the year has gone by. It is also true that 33% of the year has gone by!  I painted 72 15mm Punic and allied infantry. Bought nothing. I think I did well. I've been in a painting slump lately. I wanted to get my Punic infantry done. Came close. 15 Celts and 16 slingers left. May will be (mostly) Punic cavalry month. |
