on pre-ordering Defiance Games Alien Bugs
almost a year ago?
I was hopeful when I saw a recent post on their website that their back log was gone and they would track down unfilled orders thru their "Contact Us" page.
I input and sent the info (4) times, without an aknowledgement on my computer that anything got sent anywhere….
Is this just another delaying tactic? A "Contact Us" Site that dosen't work?
Anyone care to comment on your current experience? Suggest other approaches? Poke fun at my foolishness to trust these people?

Try the Facebook page. Trouble with a contact me page falling over is you may not spot it untilk someone tells you another way it isn't working.

Although it took more time than I expected, (or that Defiance probably HOPED it would take), I have received all my orders to date. PLUS they added a couple 'extra bits'…for both my BUG order (1 set) and the swamp worms (1 set)….

I was 'polite but persistent' and they did get me everything I paid for. It just took longer than I would have ever have expected, NORMALLY. BUT, this is a 'start up' endeavor and as with anything 'new'….you live and learn (as both mfg and customers), along the way.

I'd say, try contacting him on Facebook, as others suggested, and see what happens.

I sent your concern over to Gary Pelletier, who has taken over the shipping for Defiance Games. Here's his reply this morning -

As far as I know from the paper work I have all the Bug preorders finally shipped last week like Tony said. It is 100% possible however that I screwed up and misplaced an order.

If the person could contact me via my email address gary@defiancegames.com I could make sure about his order.
