Have been searching for years for AoS rules and think I have found them. For anyone that has played these, "Is there a way to target sails?" Chainshot seems to go after crew.
Otherwise some minor tweaks and I am good I think.

Cheers

Joe

It's been a while, but don't you declare that you're shooting at the sails, or is that another set?

Kiss Me Hardy requires you to declare whether you are shooting at sails or hull before you roll.

"Don't Give Up the Ship" from the ancient pre-D&D TSR group had a similar option. Aiming low did hull/flotation/crew damage, aiming high had reduced hull damage but increased chance to clip speed/maneuverability from the target (but greater chance to miss the target ship entirely).
