We had a great game last night of ICFBTS.

I had a crew of Gray Alien scientists, innocently gathering DNA samples, when were were ruthlessly SHOT AT! Lead projectiiles flew at us from some structure made of rotting cellulose fiber! (I think the Earthlings called it a "barn"…"
Our military team leader (Jay Arnold) had expressed reservations prior to my egress about the natives, but I brushed him off. Who would harm scientists? Apparently the Pinkies would.
So, I cowered behind a fence made of that same rotted cellulose fiber while he came out and vaporized various things, including vehicles. He vaporized everythign that moved, which in retrospect may have been a mistake. Perhaps we could have made some temporary alliances with some, because it appears that they were themselves were divided into various factions at odds with each other. My translator translated several lines of gibberish int words that sounded like "Hatfields", "McCoys", "Revenooers", "National Guard", "Men in Blue" and so on.
Dzzrpts zapped the vehicle of a vehicle controlled by those "Men in Blue" after he was unable to control their minds. I teleported on of their bodies back to the Mother ship.
While preparing the Man in Blue for transport, I absent mindedly noticed that my Hovering Guardian was lying in a smoking ruin behind me, and my translator cackled "I got it! And I got pictures too!" That puzzled me, so I had another flask of the sacred Yuengling Lager.

I noticed that the "Hatfield" and "McCoy" factions were ignoring us and were now involved in some faction feud. One of the females kept removing her upper tunic, displaying what the Earthlings called "Bodacious tatas" or "Yabbos" (untranslateable). This seemed to mesmerize one of the opposing faction's youths, who drooled uncontrollably. We managed to collect this female later for further study. Dzzrpts managed to control her mind ("It wasn't all that difficult", he said), had her wrap her arms around him, and teleported back to the Mother Ship.

The Earthling factions do not seem to know how to drive their vehicles, since they lept ramming each other and their dwellings. Many otherwise attractive and quaint vehicles were smoking ruins wehn we left.

My team managed to collect for study three of their kine, the Man in Blue, the female and a transport that the Earthlings called a GTO.
We lost two hovering sentinels, a tripod and got a few of our teams punctured by those lead projectiles.
By Grabthar's Hammer, we shall be better prepared next time.

Respectfully submitted, Nhoj Llorrac, OFM of OFMS, Technician and Scientist 2nd Class.

Now THAT'S a campaign…
A Tradoc Bulletin from homeworld has a brief on removal of chemically propelled kinetic energy based lead spheroids from the lower posterior which is usually targeted by the indigenous primitives whenever a Team leaves a site with great alacrity.

This sounds marvellous! I had to buy it!

A friend and I had discussed adapting "The Hills Rise Wild" for trailer-park skirmish gaming. Is ICFBTS in the same vein? This is the first word I have heard of it.

We already had a bunch of Walking Dead type zombies and live ones, trailers, barns, and Grays in the bag.
I made a facetious remark last night that it would be a good "straight" White Trash skirmish game without the aliens. grin

That is too funny! Sounds like a great game.

Innocently gathering DNA my foot.

Who knows what nefarious purposes they really had in mind… Devious aliens.

Darn! Yesterday I ordered ICFBTS and MIP and today I wanted to add the Weapons closet to them and this is no longer available! Now it is included in ICFBTS Full version for $5 USD together with MIP while I paid $7.50 USD yesterday for two out of three.

I know it is a smal amount but I hate it when they do that!

I ordered The Full Version, Reel to Real and The Sauce just to teach them!

Which scales are people playing in, and what lines are the minis coming from?
