Can anyone offer me vendors that do 15mm Americans for Pershing's Expidition? |

Wouldn't WWI figs sans helmet suffice? |

Yes, but i can not find any with Montana hats. |

Minfigs makes the infantry. With a little greenstuff for the hat you could probably turn the early war Brit cav into US cav. If you are interested, this little conflict is much better served by those making 1/72 and 20mm figures. |

There are a few options in 20mm (took me ages to hunt them down). How about head-swopping WW1 Yanks with Confederate (cowboy hat) heads? You might even get away with Wild West/indian wars figures. |

Sadly there aren't any 15mm US Troops in Montana hats with the exception of Minifigswho do a single pack of infantry in a marching pose Peter Pig do a doughboy head pack which I have head swapped with WW1 British Infantry & Cavalry, Spanish Civil War Foreign Legion and Wild West US Cavalry
I did consider using QRFs Freikorp range of Spanish American War figures but they are wearing slouch/floppy hat It is such a niche market that I doubt anyone will ever do it. However if someone was going to do a range – say Peter Pig for instance – then a pack of mounted and dismounted cavalry and a mixed pack containing foot & mounted command and an mg and crew would be sufficient The alternative is to set up a kickstarter project |

Imex makes a Pershing in Mexico range in plastic. Hat Industrie makes infantry in the Montana hat. Raventhorpe, IT Miniatures and Tumbling Dice make them in metal. Richard may have more to add. |

Jacklex in metal. I haven`t seen the Imex ones, the Hat ones are the old Airfix WW1 Yanks and honestly now very good. The best are TD as they do a complete range of infantry & cavalry and artillery with about 10 foot poses. Height/size wise thay mix well with IT Miniatures from whom you can add another 6 or so foot poses and a nice mounted officer. Jacklex and Raventhorpe mix well together, but Raventhorpe are rather disapointing as they only offer 2 foot and 2 cavalry poses (still add to the overall mix). Jacklex do a nice 77mm gun with limber and a Colt machine gun team. I`ve listed the various brands and posted some pics over on my blog - link |
